Crystallized Gold Spinel Twin

This remarkable gold crystal hails from an extremely rare and scarcely documented locality, making it a truly unique find. Its sharp, well-defined crystallization is a standout feature, rarely seen in gold specimens from Mexico. The front side showcases thick dendritic branches of native gold, intricately overlapping and intersecting, while the reverse side reveals spinel twin crystal formations with elongated clusters of native gold crystals intergrown. Fully crystallized on all sides, its overall form is highly aesthetic and visually striking. The native gold boasts a rich, buttery yellow hue with excellent luster, making this specimen an exceptional representation of its locality.
