Returns or refunds:
We have all been there, so we want to make it easy to understand returns. Everything in the store has a 30-day return window from the date of receiving your specimen in the mail. Please keep all packaging materials and repackage safely to sip it back.
Shipping and handeling:
We strive for fast shipping to get your specimen in your hands fast because we know you're excited. Usually all packages are shipped within two business days when we receive notice from PayPal or a bank processor that the payment is cleared. All packages are shipped with tracking included. If you need insurance or signature request please let us know ahead of time. (fees may apply)
Certificates of Authenticity
All items in the store come with a hard copy Certificate of Authenticity shipped with the item purchased. The COA is backed by StellarRite LLC and guarantees 100% money back (once item returned) for your item if it turns out to be different than what is stated or advertised as.
