This is a super nice lustrous gold from Yukon, Canada. Yukon is know to produce smooth rounded gold nuggets found in ancient river gravels and streams. This prime example of the native gold mineral far exceeds any gold specimen from Yukon territory I have yet to see. This is a great example of crystal gold that was trapped in clay over millions of years which preserved its stunning ascetics. When formed beautiful crystals were slowly cooled and crystalized over time with perfect pressure and temperature. Gold like this example do not come very often if not at all from this locality. It's truly a rare opportunity for any gold or mineral collector to obtain this specimen for your collection.
