Crystalline Gold
Grizzly Flat District, El Dorado County, California 
This gold specimen displays great character and all around crystalline with many micro crystals forming complex crystal morphology. The gold in some areas developed angular geometric patterns with smaller multi growth micro gold crystals forming large clusters. Its surface displays good luster on both sides. On the reverse side larger flat faces lustrous crystals form geometric elongated shapes with secondary microcrystal growth. The rich buttery yellow color and luster is a great representation from its locality.
