Crystalline Gold

This incredible specimen displays complex thick crystals of native gold with intricate crystal clusters. The thick crystalline gold is robust, and a buttery yellow color and shines a very bright luster similar to a high-end gem. Nearly all the sides of the crystal gold are laced with sparkling crystal faces while other sections have well developed textured gold crystals branching outwards. The middle front section composes of layered crystals of native gold with leafy habits which also display lustrous flat faces. The 16-1 mine rarely produces such fine examples of lustrous gold and this specimen is a prime specimen for the mineral collector.
