This unique native gold displays dendritic crystal habits with complex crystallization. Dendritic crystals tend to crystallize into many branches such as this example here. The crystals of dendritic gold here are unique and unusual modified octahedron where instead of crystallizing into a solid it crystallized into branches with an almost perfect octahedral shape. In some areas the gold has formed into stepped blocky formations. The native gold shines brightly and displays a brilliant saturated yellow color and is a prime example for its locality.
