This native gold crystal displays a vibrant yellow hue characteristic of Mariposa County gold. The specimen features well-defined, flat crystal faces with exceptional luster, along with areas of overlapping leaf-like crystal growth. Thick native gold veins run through much of the milky white quartz matrix, with only minor limonite inclusions. The bright quartz provides strong contrast, enhancing the visual appeal of the crystallized gold.
