Its surface is richly adorned with hundreds of natural gold crystals, ranging from fine, intricate formations to larger, more robust crystal growths. Large crystallized gold specimens from this mine are exceptionally rare and seldom available to collectors, making this piece particularly special. At the tip, elegant dendritic gold branches extend downward, while smaller, angular cubic crystals surround and accent the upper surfaces. The specimen is notably heavy and solid, giving it a strong presence and making it an impressive display mineral. Pieces of this size and quality are rarely seen from the Original 16-1 Mine today.
