This intriguing gold crystal displays a unique crystal morphology with a maze of complex crystal habits. The gold displays a mostly even matte luster which is quite beautiful and some areas displays higher concentrations of luster. The crystal habits are flat groups of crystals clustered together forming a solid native gold crystal. In between the gold crystals are small pockets of quartz calcite mineral. Both sides of the gold crystal display incredible aesthetics upon close examination. The crystallized gold displays a worming rich buttery yellow color. This gold specimen is a perfect mineral specimen for a rare locality.
