Crystallized Gold with Pyrite and Quartz

This rare gold specimen has very unique and unusual mineral association together with incredible aesthetics. The crystalline native gold displays near perfect rectangular cuboid crystals which are highly lustrous pyrite crystals that grown directly on the native gold. The more visible pyrite cubes are the two near its bottom on the quartz matrix which are very high in luster. The gold has a spongy crystalline habit visible on all sides and runs throughout the quartz matrix. The white quartz make a great contrast and displays attractive aesthetics with its associated minerals.
