Crystallized Native Gold with Limonite

This rare specimen of native gold with limonite is very rare combination of minerals not often found from Australian locality. The gold is very lustrous with angular and sharp crystals which is deposited throughout the limonite matrix as a rich vein of gold. The gold grown as thick leaf crystals with complex in intergrown orientation beautiful color contrast with the dark limonite matrix.
