Crystallized Native Leaf Gold

This large and exceptional gold specimen showcases a thick leaf crystal with quartz in matrix. The leaf gold displays a great saturation of color and luster due to its flat crystallized faces. Some areas of the native gold are crystalline and have clusters of native gold growing on the sides of the native gold leaf. The Oriental Mine does not produce any new specimen gold anymore.
