This exceptional gold specimen showcases a thick leaf crystal with reddish patina on its surface. The leaf gold displays a great saturation of color and luster due to its flat crystallized faces spread across its surface. Some areas of the native gold have striations and thick branching out crystals. The Oriental Mine does not produce any new specimen gold any longer.
