This is a super nice lustrous crystallized gold specimen from Yukon, Canada. The Yukon is historically known for its rounded gold nuggets found in ancient river gravels and streams. However, this prime example of the native gold mineral far exceeds any gold specimen from Yukon territory I have seen. The complex gold crystal growth is staggering to examine. Its beautiful bright yellow color shines right back at you. Showing off its complex gold crystals growing from its flat lustrous gold surface. This gold has not traveled far and retained its solid crystal ascetics very nicely. Crystal Gold like this does not come very often from this locality.
