This exceptionally aesthetic gold crystal features a robust, fully crystallized cubic form with razor-sharp edges and outstanding natural luster. The crystal faces are decorated with distinct geometric growth patterns known as trigons, and select areas display elongated spinel-twinned cubic structures, adding further visual interest. The gold exhibits a richly saturated deep honey color, noticeably richly saturated and more intense than the pale yellow gold typically associated with this locality. Both sides of the specimen are equally attractive, presenting an abundance of sharp, geometric crystal faces. With the mine no longer in production, specimens of this quality are becoming increasingly rare and are highly desirable among serious mineral collectors.
