Gold Crystal Spinel Twin

This is one of the best crystals from the Colorado Quartz Mine we have to offer with robust crystals and incredible aesthetics. The gold crystal formed into a single main crystal of perfectly formed spinel twin morphology. The gold in some areas display high luster while mostly the specimen displays a slightly matte texture, however, upon closer examination we see millions of micro crystals which make the gold crystal as a whole sparkling effect under light. The reverse side we can see a robust dendritic morphology on each spinel twin crystal branching out on its sides. Each branch of crystallized gold is naturally crystallized to form a geometrically round tip. This gold crystal is a phenomenal crystal from this rare locality that’s now closed.
