This rare gold specimen from Colorado features a beautiful cluster of natural wire gold that has grown into a complex, three-dimensional shape. Some wires branch outward, while others twist and overlap like tangled threads. These unique wire formations are a natural crystal growth pattern. Up close, parts of the gold sparkle brightly with metallic shine, while other areas reflect less light. The majority of the specimen showcases a thick, sponge-like mass of gold crystals formed in layers crystallized over time, with fine wires weaving through it.
