This substantial gold nugget showcases a distinctive character with irregular, textured surfaces. One side presents smooth, rounded contours punctuated by numerous shallow cavities containing iron oxides and tiny quartz fragments. The opposite side, by contrast, exhibits a less rugged texture with broader, flatter, and more rounded areas, rendering each face distinctly unique. Both sides gleam with a vivid luster and a rich, saturated golden-yellow hue. Gold from this region achieves up to 98% purity, a remarkable level of refinement rarely seen in naturally occurring specimens.
