Gold Nugget 
Caborca Municipality, Sonora Desert, Mexico
This gold nugget displays great character with complex uneven surfaces and a rich appealing golden buttery yellow color. Its surfaces are water worn with scattered shallow indentations and some sections having rough, slightly crystalline exterior. The gold nugget is very dense and this is due to its high purity gold content which is a rarity in nature. The reverse side display slightly more striking surface. Both sides of the gold nugget are very lustrous and smooth edges. Its appealing shape with rich color and striking character makes this gold nugget a great representation of its locality for the collector.
