Gold Nugget

This remarkable gold nugget from the dry Sonora Desert is a very rare mineral specimen which is often not available to collectors. The gold nugget displays a high luster with smooth surfaces and multiplevoids within the surface. Some area of the gold exhibits the original quartz with hematite which the native gold grew with. The reverse side displays smooth natural surfaces with good luster. The color is very saturated buttery yellow, and the specimen can be displayed on both sides.
