This remarkable gold nugget, found in the dry Sonora Desert, is an exceptionally rare specimen, often out of reach for collectors. Discovered by a local prospector in an ancient tertiary gold rich riverbed, this nugget displays a striking luster, with smooth faces in certain areas and rugged, robust surfaces in others. On the opposite side, it showcases smooth, natural surfaces with a similar sheen. This gold specimen presents as a solid chunk with a rich, buttery yellow hue.
