It was discovered by a local prospector in an ancient, gold-bearing riverbed from the Tertiary period. The nugget boasts a striking luster, with some areas showing smooth faces while others are rugged and robust. The reverse side also displays smooth natural surfaces with a similar luster. Overall, this gold specimen is a solid chunk with a rich, buttery yellow hue.
