Gold Nuggets from this locality are typically high in purity with up to 98% pure gold content. What adds to its impressiveness is its shape and natural quartz attached with many translucent windows exhibiting the inner section of the native gold. The gold nugget is very lustrous and smooth edged on both sides. Its uneven surfaces display shallow indentations with some indentations showing its original crystalline structure. The slow constant natural erosion prosses over thousands if not millions of years creates a beautiful lustrous gold nugget specimen. This gold nugget is a great representation form its locality.
