Two Gold Crystals
Sonora, Mexico
these exceptional gold crystals, found in the dry Sonora Desert, is an extremely rare specimen from a unique location, often difficult for collectors to access. It was unearthed near a local quartz vein abundant in pockets of crystallized gold. The crystal's surface resembles chunky and dendritic growth and boasts a brilliant shine, showcasing well-defined formations of solid native gold. On the opposite side, it displays naturally dense clusters of crystals with a similar shine and intricately sharp crystalline structure. The gold specimen which is slightly reddish is a very thin layer of iron oxide. Both specimens display a deep, rich buttery yellow coloration and serving as an outstanding example from its origin.
