Leaf Gold
Dublin Gulch, Mayo District Canada

This incredible crystallized gold specimen exhibits a saturation of character and robust surfaces. The native gold displays multiple flat crystals elevated from the leafy base forming a dendritic pattern of short branches of flatted native gold growing from the surface. The reverse side of the native gold is smooth and leafy with very small number of noticeable crystals growing on its surface. This is unique for a native gold specimen to have two completely different faces on either side and it's what makes this specimen a unique and prime example for its locality. The gold specimen also exhibits a rich buttery yellow color and great luster.
