Native Gold Nugget with Quartz
Quartz Creek Mine Klondike District, Dawson mining district - Yukon, Canada
This rare specimen is covered with spots of white quartz and beautifully crystallized gold with high luster throughout. Gold specimens from the Yukon are very rare in crystallized formations. The native gold exibits multiple flattened crystallized leaf habits with a saturated buttery yellow color and the quartz makes it a great contrast and completes the specimens aesthetics.
