Native Wire Silver 
Uchucchacua mine in the Oyon Province of the Lima Department, Peru
 
This specimen is depicted in a highly attractive thick wires of native silver on white quartz matrix. The thick wire of Native Silver emerges from the quartz matrix's crystalline Siderite layer of three-dimensional curved beautiful wires. The silver has a gorgeous show over and above the matrix and has taken on a dull silver-grey patina.
