Native Silver Crystals on Calcite Matrix

This large and incredible world class specimen of native silver are displayed in crystalline and leaf-like silver growth with beautiful complex overlapping crystal. The leaf silvers are highly lustrous and are spread throughout the calcite matrix. There are numerus crystals growing above older native silver growth which makes this specimen both rare and brings out its beauty of complex intricate crystals. This quality museum specimen has everything a mineral collector looks for.
The native silver offered here came almost completely covered in calcite when first mined out. Each specimen is carefully examined, and the calcite slowly removed by hand in order to fully expose the beautiful silver from within the natural calcite matrix.
