Native Wire Gold

This incredible native gold specimen displays thick robust dendritic crystals branching out in a curved habit. The gold exhibits flat reflective faces in some areas with deep striations on the crystal faces. The native gold is a three-dimensional crystal highly aesthetic branches visible throughout the specimen. The longest wire crystal stretches a little more than 1cm. Its prominently visible as a long thick wire crystal with great luster. Crystallized wire gold is extremely rare and only found in a small handful of localities worldwide. This specimen is a prime example for its locality.
