Octahedral Crystal with wire Gold

This incredible specimen of native gold displays sharp octahedral crystal forming a spinel twin with a wire crystal growth on its side. Mostly the crystals are branching out in a dendritic growth pattern with some having sharp tips on its end. The native gold displays great luster and a saturated yellow color.
