This highly aesthetic native gold wire specimen is unusual for its locality. The native gold has small trigon twin crystals forming a spinel twin in an elongated wire formation. The trigon crystals are formed on every wire crystal and display a high luster. On the top there is a clear quartz crystal point -slightly smoky - surrounded by spinel twin wires of native gold. The hematite matrix also exhibits smaller clear quartz crystals with luster.
