Wire Gold Spinel Twin Crystal

Wire Gold is arguably the rarest formations of gold to exist naturally in nature and highly collectable among mineral collectors. The specimen is a prime example from a rare locality which is not usually known for producing wire gold. The gold has a saturated yellow hue with great luster. The gold specimen exhibits wires of gold crystals branching out on its side with linear and elongated growth striations visible throughout the wire gold surface.
